To dispute a transaction in writing, please send a signed request, including your name, account number, the date the transaction(s) occurred, and the reason for your dispute to the P.O. address above, ATTN: Dispute Resolution.
Credit Report Disputes
If you believe your credit report contains an error, please send a signed request including your full legal name, account number, loan or share ID number, and reason for your dispute to us at the P.O. address above, ATTN: Credit Solutions.
